All products are shipped free of charge from Melbourne, Australia. We deliver Australia wide to residential and business addresses.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box address during checkout we may contact you to get an alternative delivery address.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
At the moment we do not deliver to all countries. Please contact us with your country, city, and postcode (where applicable) so we can consider shipping options to your destination.
International deliveries may require import duties and taxes to be paid by the recipient in some countries. Please be aware of these costs and check with your local customs authorities.
TRACKING AND TRANSIT TIMES
Once the parcel is dispatched we will send you a tracking number so you can follow the progress of the shipment. Delivery times vary widely in Australia and internationally. Please track the package to get the most up to date estimate.
LOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGES
If the parcel is damaged in-transit please check Warranty and Returns Policy with how to proceed.
If the parcel is lost in-transit we will issue a refund once the delivery partner has completed their investigation into the claim.
