Warranty and Returns

All of my artworks are unique, one off pieces intended for indoor use only. Due to this they are offered "as is".

Because of differences in the conditions under which the artworks were photographed, as well as differences in users' screens, settings and hardware, I cannot guarantee the accuracy of colours rendered on the website.

My artworks come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees apply to Australian customers only and will be considered void if the customer did not follow provided care instructions, or the fault/damage was caused by misuse or accident. If something does happen to the artwork please contact me as soon as possible with photos of any issues.

ISSUES DURING SHIPPING

All my artwork are packed and handled with care. This ensures that during the shipping process your artwork arrives in perfect condition. If an artwork does arrived damaged I will arrange a pickup to have the artwork repaired. If deemed irreparable, I will ensure that a replacement or refund is arranged as soon as possible. Please note, as all my artworks are unique I may not be able to reproduce an exact copy of the damaged artwork.

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact me immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your artwork, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

If you do change your mind, I have a 5 day change-of-mind return policy. You can return the artwork to me within the 5 days in exchange for a store credit. All store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.

All returns must be ‘as new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
